With His Excellency Mr. Ruben Dario Molina Vice Minister for Foreign Relations of the Ministry of the Peoples Power for Foreign Affairs, The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, at the Embassy of Cuba, Suva, Fiji. It was truly a great experience to hear from a seasoned diplomat, about the importance of Peoples Power and Diplomacy. The discussions were very frank and honest resulting it in being truly fruitful. We wish His Excellency the best on his tour of the Pacific.
