Humans Rights film fest Movie – Black Diamonds

13 members of the Fiji model United Nations Society had the pleasure to see a movie on human rights hosted by the Kingdom of Spain. At the same time, it was also to celebrate the 70th year of the universal declaration of human rights.

Members of the team watched a movie that showed how the basic human rights of young boys from the Nation of Mali are violated and a Blind eye is put on them.

With alarming facts produced at the end of the movie solely explains why there are a huge number of refugees in European countries.

Special thanks to the Spanish Embassy in Fiji, the acting Ambassador His Excellency Mr. Daniel Montilla, and the European Union in the Pacific.
