United Nations Association (UNA) Fiji holds Executive Committee Meeting (ECM) and Welcomes New Treasurer

United Nations Association (UNA) Fiji held its 13th Executive Committee Meeting (ECM) on Saturday, 4 June 2022 at Dudley High School, Toorak Hill, Suva City, The Republic of Fiji.

During the same day, UNA Fiji member Ms. Stephannie Ali was elected as the new Treasurer of UNA Fiji and gladly accepted the prominent role. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with concentrations in Accounting and Economics and currently works as a Finance Officer at Bondwell.

Ms. Stephannie Ali will be replacing the former Treasurer of UNA Fiji Mr. Akshay Krishna, who had held the position from 27 July 2019 to date. Having resigned from the role, he shall however remain an assistant financial advisor to the Association and has also become an official Trustee as he is one of the longest serving members of UNA Fiji.

Mr. Krishna expressed his gratitude for being a member of UNA Fiji’s Executive Committee and wished Ms. Ali all the best for the role.

We once again thank Mr. Krishna for his contributions to the growth of the Association for over five years and wish him the very best in his future endeavors and wish Ms. Ali all the best on her new role as well.
