LAUNCH OF SAI SATHYA SANJEEVNI CHILDREN’S HEART HOSPITAL

27 April 2022 saw the launch of the newly built Sai Sathya Sanjeevni Children's heart hospital.

The Honourable Prime Minister, who inaugurated the session has stated that approximately 200 children are born in Fiji every year with congenital heart disease. Furthermore, Mr. Prime Minister went on to add that the inauguration of a state-of-the-art children's hospital for the children of Fiji was a birthday blessing in disguise.

This mission achieved by the Sai Prema Foundation and all of its partners will ensure that the once doomed and grief-stricken lives of children with congenital heart disease will have a new reality. A life-changing one for young Fijian children.

Members of UNA Fiji were in attendance and acted in the capacity of providing protocol to cabinet ministers, dignitaries, and members of the diplomatic core, which was practiced with Class, Dignity, and Elegance.

Nearing the end of the event, invited guests were given a tour of the facility showcasing state-of-the-art medical equipment.

This event also reflects our partnership with the Sai Prema Foundation and continued commitment to the shared visions of enabling Active Citizenship through the practical realization of loving all, serving all, and leaving no one behind.
